Accompanied by our technical engineers, the clients toured our composite insulator production floor. We provided a detailed walkthrough of key processes, from core rod selection and fitting assembly to the injection molding of silicone rubber sheds. The clients expressed strong approval of our automated production lines and rigorous QC checkpoints.

The highlight of the visit was the pre-delivery testing conducted in our high-voltage laboratory. Following IEC standards, our testing team performed a series of critical tests on the 33kV composite insulators destined for Africa. These included visual and dimensional checks, mechanical load tolerance tests, steep impulse tests, and power frequency dry and wet withstand voltage tests.
