The applications and component structure of guy wire insulators
The stay insulator is a crucial component of the Adjustable Stay Assembly. It is widely used in the support structures of transmission lines. Now, I will introduce all the products included in the Adjustable Stay Assembly produced by our company.
First, there is the hot-dip galvanized steel wire rope used to connect wooden poles or concrete poles, also known as the guy wire. The guy wire is directly connected to the pole top via a Pole Top Make-Off connection. Next are the stay insulators, installed at the center of the entire fixed assembly, with both ends secured by stay clamps. Below that is the connection point between the stay wire and the stay rod. There is also a product to prevent the stay wire from slipping, known as the thimble.
The portion of the stay rod buried in the ground is the stay plate. All these connection components constitute the entire Adjustable Stay Assembly.
