11kV-33kV Polymer Pin-Type Insulator Product Technical Specifications

Core load-bearing body: Epoxy glass fiber drawn rod (bending strength ≥1200MPa, twice that of steel)
Permanent protective layer: High-temperature, high-pressure molded silicone rubber skirt (hydrophobic HC1-HC2 grade)
Corrosion-resistant connectors: (hot-dip galvanized + crimping and flaw detection process)
This design completely addresses the three major failure risks associated with traditional ceramic insulators—explosion, zero-value detection, and pollution flashovers—and is suitable for regions covered by IEEE/IEC standards.
